Title: quick spacing question!

I just ordered a new BKP for my ec 1000..I went with standard spacing.. please tell me that was right?

I got the short legs too but I read that wouldnt affect it much Is that true? Thanks

Depends on the height of the current pickup ring and how high you need to adjust.  Main guitars that need long legs are flat top Gibsons, especially the large pickguard SGs.  Even a lot of Les Pauls seem to be able to get away with short legs.
