I have just made a few changes to my board to allow me to 'scoop' the mids in certain passages and make room for the other guitarist via an MXR 6-band EQ. The diagram tries to show the signal path. Note that the LS-2 takes three pedals out of the effects loop when the bypass is engaged. The front-end signal path is minimal. There are two sides to the ISP Decimator G-String. Guitar In & Guitar Out are in the front end, and enables the processor to track the signal from the guitar. Dec In & Dec Out are for the actual noise suppression circuit, and go in the effects loop after the EQs but before the time based effects, which are in the loop of the LS-2.
I removed the Swollen Pickle (which I was only using with my bass) to make room for the 6-band EQ.
The signal path has been simplified and shortened in recent months. I decided that the NS-2 I had on this board was not really necessary, and I moved it to my other board. There are minimal effects in the front end, only the overdrive. The loop is mainly EQ, noise reduction, and clean boost so that the effects (flanger, chorus, delay) are only added when that loop is engaged via the LS-2

EDIT: Seems to work well, can really scoop out those mids; will have to try it out with the band next week
