They use a "really neutral" rig to record all the headphones, is cool to hear how much colour the gear has compared to the original sound source. It's not representative of the resolution/fidelity of the gear but interesting none the less.

What most surprised me was how lively the top end was for the upper market sennheisers as I own a pair, I love them for the amount of resolution/detail in the sound.

Not sure how they recorded the studio monitors but it's doing my head in since they all have slight colouration.
