A couple of weeks down the line since I got my Abraxas set installed in my Bernie PRS. If I'd been handed this guitar and told that it cost £2k + to get this sound I would have believed it. The Bernie is a superb guitar but the Abraxas set just takes it higher. This is the sound that I always hoped to get from a quality Les Paul but the LPs I've played over the years have always been a let down. The bonus for me with this set is the middle position sounds. They are so sweet but with a great bite. Very P90-ish. The bridge will produce all the classic LP/cranked Marshall sounds but with just a bit more clout available. Great job BKP.

Real nice set alright. Probably even sound great in a Strat type guitar also.

Glad you're happy with the set. They do well in PRS-guitars.

I had a set in my PRS CU22 for years and never gelled with them. Although that could've been the guitar.
Gonna try them in my SG I think.

I'd love to hear how they sound in an SG.

Abraxas mids might be overkill in a SG. But no harm in trying..........
