Title: Info on my band
Post by: maliciousteve on March 28, 2006, 12:32:36 AM
Hey guys. Some of you already know i'm in a band called Malicious. I posted some clips up of our music before and got some really good feedback from this forum. So i thought i'd post an update.

We're currently recording a new 2 Track CD. I've heard things already from it (drums and rough guitars) and already i'm shocked myself (that's honestly a first for me). I'm totally surprised to how different we sound to how i thought we sounded. Alot more thrashy than i previously thought, which is good  :D. I'll post another update of when it's finished and i'll upload a new track too. Thanks for reading this, i can't wait for people to hear it  :D

Just got my guitar solos recorded tonight. I'm extremely proud of them. My best stuff yet, a slight influence of paul gilbert and dragonforce in one solo. I'm amazed i pulled it off. Should be finished with the whole recording this tuesday. then we'll be posting up a song on our myspace site. I'll message here again to update when it's ready.

Great stuff- I hope I don't sound patronising if I say that I am really pleased for you.Taking a pride in your art is what it is all about. I used to get "red light fright" and it certainly added an edge and invariably brought out the best in me.
