Hey folks!
I'm looking for suggestions to replace a Nailbomb 7 in my Skervesen. Basically, while I love the Nailbomb in my Les Paul copy, this is a much brighter guitar that could use some taming in the highs and upper mids, with more focus on the low end. The Nailbomb just sounds a little thin here.
The thougts I had were to go for the ceramic Nailbomb (should cut the mids a bit, but not sure if it'll really work here), Warpigs or Miracle Man (possibly even a neck model).
And suggestions?

I'm actually looking for the same thing myself. I love the "raspiness" of my A-bomb in my ESP Eclipse but I too want something fuller and a little more compressed, with little less treble detail (or "hair") but still with that distinctive rasp, for a superstrat guitar. I think, from listening to clips, that a Juggernaut set may be what I'm after, with its darker top and fuller low mids but still with that complex mid band that gives the Nail Bomb its rasp - could that work for you too?

Warpigs do work very nicely in bright guitars. I had them in a dark guitar and they were way too dark, but I've put them in a much brighter guitar and they sound fantastic! It is a six-string though and the lowest I have tuned it to is C# standard

Your's are the A5 Pigs, right? I was leaning to ceramic to cope with the 7th string a bit better.

Juggernauts do sound interesting, but I'd be a little worried about the upper mids: from what I gathered they still do have that "djenty" spike to them (not as much as an Aftermath or Painkiller though), which is an area my amp doesn't like :P

Yeah my set has the A5 bridge, the ceramic bridge would also work well.
I should add that I probably would have went for a C-Pig/Jugg combo if I was ordering just for the SG but I originally got them for my Explorer (before the Juggernaut was released) and I was still a bit unsure whether I'd like a ceramic magnet

The Jugg neck could be interesting in this guitar I think. I do quite like the Nailbomb neck though, so it'd really depend on the bridge model: if it just doesn't match at all, I'd change both.
On a slight tangent, how much bigger are covered pickups compared to open coil? I think a raw/brushed nickel set would look great in this guitar, but I don't want to have to route the cavities.

the neck version of the miracle man sounds pretty good in the bridge
it's basically an alnico version of the miracle man bridge
sounds a lot like an alnico warpig, but clearer, more refined and less bass and mid heavy
they should sell it as an alternative bridge option like the c-bomb and c-pig
