Howdy all
I've got a warmthkth strat with Irish Tour single coils in the neck and middle and a sinner in the bridge for higher gain solo stuff.
But I hate the 'boxiness' that general treble or bridge pickups produce. Is to the position? Or the pickup being designed that way.
So I want to change the pickup. Do I go an Irish Tour Bridge (or will I get the same boxy sound), an Irish Tour neck, or even another Sinner but neck pickup. Still high gain, but the clearer sound.
Any thoughts?

It's mostly the position.
A pickup with scooped mids might help.

Can I ask what you mean by 'boxiness'? If you mean compressed then I would suggest going for something like the Irish Tour since that will give you smoother bass response and will open up the pickup and give you a more open, fluent, organic tone.
