Could post em here but then shipping will be involved (as will taxes) but may anyway.
Decided to sell my Ernie Ball Music Man Axis SS with Vintage (Wilkinson like) trem and my Jackson SL4 Natural finish thru-neck Soloist.
Gonna ask $650 a piece.
Both have hardcases, although not original.
Jackson just had few $100 re-finish, better than new now.
Axis has two pinhead dings in front and some normal wear on back.
Pricing sound reasonable to you guys?

OK,
not best pics (due to size limit) but if more are wanted please pm me.
-
I don't normally like pointy guitars, but that Jackson looks so nice.
-
It truly IS Rob.
I am only selling them for 1 reason. I love them BOTH dearly. But I wanna fund a different guitar. Kinda best of both put together. I have another Axis so am ok there. But the Jackson plays like budda! The neck is SWEET!
-
frets on the jackson worn - honestly? how old is it? what pickups does it have in it?
-
Frets NOT worn (honestly). Age, no idea to be honest. It TRULY looks new after a $275 re-finish from Ron Pace ( http://www.paceguitarrepair.com/ ). Seymour Duncan pups.

if i had £361 in june could you bring it over for me to buy??? :P :D
could you?
-
In a word, NO. LOL.
Sam, I am "cut off" from buying more (am totally spent out anyway) so only way is to try and sell a couple to fund one.
And I am gonna be 100% honest here! If they don't sell before I move, and I still wanna sell when get to UK. I am NOT gonna sell em for $650. More like 550 quid.
I did my research and although are worth less here I have been offered a good deal and what I am looking at is over 1,600 quid in UK!!!!!!!!!! So not really an option.
Better to try and do it all now.
Sorry guys but I am nice/friendly/helpfull but I need to sell to fund, not give away (which is basically what it would boil down to if living in UK for those prices).
-
^ haha yer cool
but do you know why that is? its because our money kicks your moneys 'ass'
cause it has nothing to do with the fact that those guitar companies are based in the U.S...
-
whats our money/your money cr@p????
My money is not ALL green coloured (notice how I spell colour btw).
I am British thru and thru.
Just in this situation with exchange rates and all.
Anyway, 550 quid for either is still WAY cheap in the UK. Darn near giving away at that :) But 550+550 does not equal 1,600 lol.
Thus why am trying to sell now to get NEW toy
Also, will be one less guitar to ship (added bonus).
-
^ lol yer i know dude only 'kidding'
yer i was wondering about the 550+550 equaling 1600 :? lol!
any idea what this new toy is gonna be?
-
course I know what the new toy is gonna be
Gotta sell these two first though (so NOT counting chickens an all that)
-
yer best not to count those caniving bar-stewards just yet.... :x
your so vague and mysterious.... WHATS THE BLOODY TOY!!!!!?????
or are you gonna spring it on us when you actually get it?
-
LOL
I have invented a REALLY fun game.
Sambo Baiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's like 20 questions LOL
OK, clue.
It is gonna be best of both am selling.
-
true, they are worth less in the states, but you'll get more for your $ over there, than you would here
-
tis why am trying to do it now :)
-
i rather like that jackson! what would it cost to ship over to uk?
-
bloody sambo baiting .... :x  no fair....
-
Not really looked into UK shipping but I belive I read on some board or other it is about $50 by UPS.
Could always check for sure.
-
Shipping in the UK is about £40 with the right insurance - you'll be lucky to do international for 50 bucks unless I'm badly mis-informed.
Anyone else on here know of someone who will transport instruments without charging the earth?
Cheers,
AndrewB :)

Bought my Axis off ebay from Canada. When it arrived here I had to pay VAT and Customs. On a 550$ priced Guitar, this would be in Belgium:
Guitar: 550$
Shipping: 80$
VAT: 130$
Customs: 20$
Total: 780$ (450GBP) => price will differ from country to country based on VAT rate.
This is a good price for an Axis Sport I'd say, as it's a quality guitar.
