Just got the Maxon AD-9 Pro, as my 35 year old Ibanez AD-9 has a malfunction and needs to be repaired. The Maxon is fantastic. Lush, musical, and at the same time the delay stays discrete, because it doesn't take over your tone, even if I place it before my (pre)amp. It is dead silent too. It's not cheap, but if you're after a lush analog delay this one delivers.
