Title: Clear bobbins??

I am wondering if BKP have ever considered offering clear bobbins like those used on some Gibson guitars, for example the SG Menace and the Zoot Suit guitars.  On those pickups you can see the brass wire under the bobbins.  Would be cool on those pickups that use a brass wire, as a replacement for the Gibson pickups.

I would be interested in them.  I also wonder if silver wire has ever been considered rather than copper.  The cost is higher and it has way lower resistance, but would be interesting in a capacitance driven design.

We've had a few samples but they're never as nice as we'd like if we were to sell them. It could be something we offer in the future but just not right now at this time I'm afraid.
