Hi,
I purchased this used neck pick up of the Irish Tour (I think)......... but the DC resistance seems a little funny. I am wondering if this is a Irish Tour.... My research suggest the output reading is a little closer to Mother's Milk maybe?
The neck pick up says 5.65K but the BKP has the neck pick up reading 6.3K for the Irish Tour.
Could anyone tell from the pics?
Thanks.

Someone has written 5.65K on the bottom. Generally you can't tell by eye
It didn't come with the box and warranty card?
There are a number of vintage sets around that range. He has the other ones from guitar for sale, middle looks same as the neck while bridge is about right for an Irish Tour. I'm guessing that it is a mixed set

No box or warranty.
I'm no pick up guru, but I heard there can be variation between DC readings between pups...... but the ~0.7 ohm variation is a bit much for it to be a Irish Tour?

5.6 k is too low for an Irish Tour. Looks more like an Mother's Milk or a Pad Pend.
