Hello!
I loveeeeee the RY neck I have on my PRS. It sounds so fat but clear, has a bell like chime to it and VERY single coil-ish.
I love it so much I'd like to get a P90 size version of it!
There isn't a whole lot of tone clips out there on the internet regarding BKP P90s, I'd like the pick up to sound bright and close to the Rebel Yell neck.
Most of the P90 sound clips sound kinda dark IMO
Any suggestions?
Thanks!!

Well, I guess this is between the Supermassive and the MQ. Both are around right I´d say. Gonna fire up the amp tomorrow and see what comparison says. Got an axe with a MQ neck and one with a RY neck around so why not? Maybe it is useful. Sadly my SM neck is currently homeless.
Guessing the MQ is the ticket though, similar base character, plus the true SC character mixed in.

Thanks Kiichi!
I am leaning towards the MQ, the SM seems a bit darker. Probably due to the output.
Let me know what you think of the MQ vs RY neck

Yeah, I´d say the MQ is the best shot. Just had a little comparison session. Now, they are in pretty different guitars MQ in a light Ibanez S series and the RY in a heavy ESP-ish LP. They do however share the idea of being classic at heart with the ability to bridge over to modern. So they do a similar thing in different ways. Since pairing a MQ neck with a RY bridge and vice versa would also work well this seems to be fitting.
The SM, as you mentioned, is a bit darker and also more rooted in the modern sound area, while the MQ definitely comes from the vintage world and is just versatile. Plus let´s not forget that the SM is based on a sound that was achieved using a MQ....;)

Thanks Kiichi!!! You rock man!!
I think BKP is really backed up with winding pick ups for large guitar manufacturers. I forget which guitar company (not knaggs for the RY), but I was watching a video on youtube and saw something from NAMM 2017... The guy was saying these guitar come stock with BKP pups(?). I was pretty stoked to hear that BKP picked up some huge orders!
