I did a search, and maybe I'm lame because I cannot fathom this not being asked before... but what guitar and amp / sim were used on the classic rock sound files? I did find that the metal files were made with a Les Paul Custom thru a Axe FX Ultra. Hopefully, someone at BKP has the AXe FX preset for the classic rock tones!!!!!!!
THANKS! ! ! ! !

As far as the classic rock tones the guitar would have been the same lp custom

Hey jerjabs, glad you like the tones. The classic rock tones were indeed copped with the Axe-FX Ultra, I believe using a Plexi type model. There were multiple guitars used but to the best of my memory most were Les Pauls. The Mississippi Queens were in an SG, and I must say that was my favourite of the classic rock bunch.

Hey Nolly, would there be ANY chance that the setting for the Axe-FX used are still around somewhere?

The patches might well still be on the Axe-FX Ultra down at the BKP workshop, but you'd have to petition someone there to pull the patches off if you wanted them !
