Hello,
I recently purchased an HSH set from Bare Knuckle, and I am desperately needing a wiring diagram. I purchased a custom diagram from guitarelectronics.com, but I have been waiting over two weeks now. I have sent them several emails and have not received a reply. These pickups are going into a Warmoth project, so since we're starting from scratch my luthier needs the schematics/wiring diagram before he can do the setup. Here is what I have:
2x 500k CTS Push-Pull Volume Pots
1x 500k CTS Tone Pot
1x Oak Grigsby Superswitch (5-way, 4-pole)
1x BKP Holydiver Bridge
1x BKP Irish Tour Middle
1x BKP Emerald Neck
What I would like for the pickup selections:
Both Push-Pulls Pot Pushed In -
Position 1: Full Bridge Humbucker
Position 2: Inside Coil of Bridge Humhucker + Middle Single Coil
Position 3: Inside Coil of both Humbuckers
Position 4: Inside Coil of Neck Humbucker + Middle Single Coil
Position 5: Full Neck Humbucker
1 Push-Pull pot pushed in, 1 Push-Pull pot pulled out -
Position 1: Outside Coil of Bridge Humbucker
Position 2: Inside Coil of Bridge Humhucker + Middle Single Coil
Position 3: Inside Coil of both Humbuckers
Position 4: Inside Coil of Neck Humbucker + Middle Single Coil
Position 5: Outside Coil of Neck Humbucker
Both Push-Pull pots pulled out -
Position 1: Outside Coil of Bridge Humbucker
Position 2: Inside Coil of Bridge Humhucker + Middle Single Coil
Position 3: Middle Single Coil by itself
Position 4: Inside Coil of Neck Humbucker + Middle Single Coil
Position 5: Outside Coil of Neck Humbucker
If someone could please assist me with getting a wiring diagram for this I would be eternally grateful! Or even to point me in the right direction.
Thank you!

I've been looking at an HSH guitar so this gave me a chance to think about the possible selection circuity.
At first I didn't think you could do it with the available switches, but it all worked out OK.
This is a pretty good set of options based on a limited switch set.
I don't know if you're still desperate, but I hope this helps.

Still thinking about HSH switch options, I came up with some more stuff.
It must be possible to get a mix of parallel and serial modes using the 4P5T switch
but I haven't figured it out yet. Watch this space.
I agree that minimum controls are good for visual appeal, but it does limit your options.
I'm thinking that a pair of mounting-ring switches would take care of the split-coil functions
and leave the push-pulls for out-of-phase and middle-vs-NB selection.
