Title: Cap value conundrum!
Post by: Nadz1lla on June 11, 2017, 09:30:03 PM
Hey guys,
Just chucked a new set of Seymours in my Bass, but used the cap that came with my Fender 250k pots, the value of which I am not entirely sure about.

However, I followed this diagram and it has a 0.5 cap in it. Confusion abound! It doesn't say uf / pf or whatever after the value, could someone please enlighten me? Better yet, would anyone have a link to the best 0.5 cap to use in this situation?

It says 0.05 I believe. I assume they mean 50nF, which is a standard value.

I would use a 47nF orange drop.
