I already own an ec-1000 with the emgs. I just purchased a road worn ec-256 gold top. I'd like to use this guitar for non heavy metal tones since my ec-1000 is great for that. I'd be playing shows with a band the style of alternative rock/ shoegaze/emo a throwback kinda of sound. Anyway, I'm really interested in a set up bareknuckle pick ups. I've heard that since this guitar is rather thin and light I should get something that would bring out the low end and add warmth.
thank you for your time.

I know these guitars, they need pickups with good centermids and a decent amount of bass.
Inspect the Crawler for the bridge. It sounds huge, solonotes are meaty, also higher on the neck. Topend is round, but with enough cut, don't worry. When pushed the Crawler has a unique growl. It's still has enough PAF-pedigree and over overall is sounds more vintage than modern. The split on the Crawler is happening. On my strat I get a nearly tele-esque bridgetone.
The neck-Crawler is one of the warmest BKP's. If you want a brighter neckpickup pick the RiffRaff. The Mule-neck is more rounded and vintage, lika a 59 PAF-neck. But I can see a humbuckersized P90 like the Nantucket or MQ working here. I think you get an interesting extra option: splitted Crawler paired with the neck-p90. Must be a great rhythm sound.

I've got a Crawler set and a Mule set in 2 of my Eclipses. There's not a huge difference between them although the Mule is lower output, more gravelly and has more treble, whereas the Crawler is smoother, higher output and has more mids; we're talking quite small but noticeable differences. Of the two, I prefer the Crawlers in the Eclipse and end up using that a lot more. Over the years I've tried an embarrassing number of different Bare Knuckle pickups in my Eclipses (Rebel Yells, Nail Bombs, Crawlers, VH2s and Mules) and of all of these, the Crawlers were the best match.

what would be the correct size to order for this guitar?

50mm spacing, short legs will do just fine, you could also get them with triangle feet
If you wanted. Get a 4 conductor of course.
