Title: Has anyone ever used a BKP Riff Raff Bridge in the Neck Position?
Post by: dgonzalezzz on August 11, 2017, 08:47:15 PM
As the subject mentions, I am curious if anyone has tried this before and what the results were? I have a 2017 Gibson Standard T and the riff raff bridge I have sounds amazing but is just a tad too bright. I was considering putting it in the neck of a chambered Les Paul I have as opposed to buying a whole other set or single pickup.
Cheers

well, I had the neck vhII in the bridge position and it sounded very similar to the bridge riff raff, but less middy

FWIW, I asked Tim about getting some pickups to sound like Dimebag for my son, and he suggested a miracle man bridge and a Mule bridge in the neck.  So it's definitely worth trying the RR in the neck imho
