Hey,
I was just wondering, how different are those pickups? Misha was using VH2 a lot prior to using juggs. I'm guessing VH2 is a bit more vintage and does better clean and jugg is a bit better on lead?

I am curious too.
Bump.

Not so much info about jugg neck out there...

The juggerneck is fantastic for cleans and leads. It better balanced a juggerbridge for output and the two create astoundingly great cleans, leads and rhythm tones. My preference is for the Ibanez style wiring with a treble bleed circuit since this allows me to nerf the pickups with the volume pot which allows a more vintage tone and feel.
VHII and Juggerneck both have phat, warm, rich cleans with articulate lead tones . The VHII goes from very dynamic touch sensitivity and putting edge of breakup tones to a biting lead time where the top end predominates more and more as the level of gain saturation comes up.
The juggerneck is powerful so it is more compressed. It transitions into clip nicely and it is also articulate, but it is more complex sounding and although it is articulate, it creams up as the level of gain saturation comes up. Just the outcome of the higher output.
Both are fantastic neck pickups but I would put the VHII with lower output bridge pickups and the juggerneck with higher output ones.
