who here has one of these? Im REALY considering buying one since they're sellin real cheap on Ebay. But I wanted see what the people here thought of them first.

dont have one or never tried one so cant help there...

but this is the Tony Iommi signature right?

corr... they look like such cool amps...

They're a great amp.  The gain is very heavy yet very natural sounding.

That said, try before you buy.  It has a unique voicing and an intentionally choked sustain...some people don't like that.

yeh, thats kinda werd tho cause on the clips and on live stuff ive heard there always seems to be plenty of sustain. Either way, id like to try one soon but it seems every time I go to my local guitar centers they dont have a GH100Ti in stock, or any Laneys for that matter. ah well, thanks 4 ur feedback

From what I understand, Iommi had them design the amp for reduced sustain to cut down on feedback and tighten up the rhythm tone.  But Iommi uses a compressor for more sustain during solos, rather than relying on the amp's natural tube compresion.
