Title: EMG 81/85 vs Gibson 498/490,on Les Paul Zakk Wylde

Active pickups were never my thing so Finally I took off EMG pickups from my Zakk Wylde Les Paul and put Gibson 490R/498T combo. Same guitar recorded through same chain with same amp settings

That's pretty much the point of the forum.  You've made one post about Gibson pickups, then another one asking if that is weird.  Seems like a really strange reason to join a forum about BKPs.

Daniel, you're welcome here when you are interested in BKP's. If you have no relation with or interest in the brand what would be your reason to join the forum?
