Hey BKP, I have a 2005 mexican 50's reissue strat and the bridge pickups tone is a real let down  , I was wondering if loading it with a sinner would do much good, cos I wanna get tons more drive out of it  . I use a vox ADVT 30W with various pedals bt just cant get a decent sound, help and recomendations greatly appreciated.

The Sinner would be a good choice, its loud, fat and really drives. It would really overpower the other two single coils though, may be worth checking out a full set of BK's. See you at LGS.

The sinner is an amazing pickup. I use it in the bridge of my strat and my other two single coils are mothers milk pickups. The sinner doesn't over power them and I have an awsome #2 position. Most importantly the sinner offers great overdrive tones. I'm not even playing a lot of metal right now, just classic rock type stuff and the sinner sounds great. Its the only strat bridge pickup I have felt comfortable with while playing in the first position. It doesn't have that one and only stratty sound, it is much mre versitile like a humbucker. It sounds good clean and has a lot of low end.

Thanks for the help guys. I tried out some pickups at LGS and ended up buying an Irish tour which through the amp I used (which was a Framus Dragon half stack, a large step up from what I'm using at the mo), produced exactly the sort of sound I wanted to hear. So I didnt get a Sinner in the end but I got a free T shirt! And I think the Irish tour will suit my style of playing too. Thanks very much,
Dan.

Just to say thanks to BKP for a gr8 pickup, the tone is top notch and much more versatile than my previous stock pickup. I'm sure I will be buying more of your pickups in the future. Thanks very much,
Dan
