Title: more recording: Monitor speakers? Yamaha, Tascam, Fostex.
Post by: gingataff on April 30, 2006, 06:14:57 PM
I'm planning on getting some smallish (but not super tiny) monitors for recording and also just for listening to music (via cd and iTunes probably). I have been looking at  Yamaha MSP5A and HS50M, Tascam VL-X5 and the various (and confusing) Fostex designs.
has anyone got any experience of these? I'm looking for something that's a good all-rounder and not too pricey.
Cheers.

Andy.

I can highly recommend the new mico monitors from Genelec. You get real pro studio monitors at a very good price!!
