Title: Push pull wiring fail

So short version, trying to install my pickups with a push pull on the tone pot and I’ve made an absolute meal of it. When I plug in I just get loud hum, so I’m guessing maybe it’s a ground problem? All I’m trying to do is hook up to humbuckers to a vol and tone pot with the tone being a push pull to split the pickups when pulled. Taken a couple of pics hoping someone might see something obvious that I can fix. The yellow wire from the first lug on the tone knob is going to the side of the volume pot. Not sure if that was necessary?
