Thought I'd be the first to get something up on the forum. I'm looking forward to seeing who's doing what and the results you're getting from our pickups. If there's ever anything you need to know, mail me directly but I intend to be a regular on the forum and get in on all the pickup/guitar talk. :D

Whoo hoo- so pleased to see this Forum here.
I will look forward to keeping an eye on all the chat and questions that get raised.
I know that Tim will be keen to share his knowledge on all things guitar and pickup based, and I hope that I can also put my own £0.02 in here or there where it may be of use.
If you have any guitar related queries, I will be only too happy to contribute my own ideas and discuss stuff.
Come and see us on Bare Knuckles Stand at the London Guitar Show - May 6th-8th (Wembley Exhibition centre)

Hi Everyone!
Thanks for starting this Forum Tim. I think it will be a great place to find out about Bare Knuckle Pickups among other things.
I'm in the process of building my first self-built guitar at the moment and I will hopefully be putting a Warpig in the bridge position to give me the power I want. I've wanted to try one of the Bare Knuckle range for some time but my finances haven't allowed me up until now.
You should definitely expect to see more of me on the Forum!

Cheers Tim!
I had registered but forgot to Log-in (duh!).I wondered why I came up as 'Guest' too.
I hope the forum takes off. I think it could be really good for the Company.

Hiya,

I'm really hoping that we can get some good active discussions about the way players are using their BKPs, the type of guitars they're using and comparitive talk about pickup combinations and timber, music styles etc.
I also want to find out if there are any areas that we're overlooking-I'm not talking about 15 string P90 designs  - but realistic tone quests!
-
Great to have somewhere to talk pickups....and guitars....and Hayden, your single coils are just too rude....
-
Is that the same J as in YJM?

Nope - the other Hayden chose Hayden first - they're my real comedy initials...

Great to have you along! :D

Hi Tim,
Thought I would just mail to tell you just how good the Mules are that I recently fitted to my 1998 Les Paul Std. The Bridge has that beautiful tone and clarity that you associate with the original vintage PAF sound but with an openness and drive that causes ISGS (Instant Silly Grin Syndrome). The neck Pickup has a stunning creamy sound but unlike many modern versions does not get muddy when the gain is increased. Both pickups respond amazingly to use of the guitar volume control and for me are finally what a Les Paul should and used to sound like but wind up the Gain and they scream.

Hi all.It is great to find BKP have a forum.I am amazed at how quickly it has taken off. I am not yet a customer but will be soon hopefully.I have seen enough to know that Tim is a man of vocation- what a dream job eh. I have 2 Strats-one 1970's USA(but it's a great plank) and one Japanese 1960's reissue(sonic blue in case you need to know-John & George both had one). Hopefully soon they are gonna get presents. I have a Mexican Tele too which I cannot leave out.I used to watch Geoff Whitehorn play at the Bridge House Canning Town in the 1970's.He was brilliant then and was always very friendly(if you read this Geoff- cheers!). Its great to read all the posts and I am sorry for babbling on. I'll go now.
