No idea, can't see them on Epiphones website or Gibson, maybe it was custom?

it looks like one of the guitars from that "design your dream guitar" thread on here ages ago... there was a link to a site where you could make guitars... that looks seriously like one of them...

these were limited edition epiphones about 5 to 7 years ago.  there was a v and a les paul.  i've got one of the les pauls, that got my first set of bareknuckles!  not a bad guitar, and they crop up fairly regularly on e-bay.  if you really want one, go for it, but an ibanez or maverick seven string might be a better buy.  although these do look cool, people are amazed when they turn out to be seven strings, and they do have fixed bridges.

Yeah, I've got an Ibanez 1527 which I blocked the trem off. The Basswood body is a bit muddy sounding to me, so I was looking for something with a hardtail this time and a punchier tonewood. There's hardly anything out there in 7 string world to choose from :(

yeah, they seem to have used old lead piping for some of the frets!  under the low E and B strings they were quite heavily marked in a very short time.  it still plays fine and i can't justify the expense of a re-fret.  i know a fret dress would clear it up, but it would happen again in no time, so until it causes playability problems, i'll live with it.
