Hi all...not realy saure if this is in the right section, but whats the dela with returning pickups?

Im gona get a burnt chrome covered one but ive got a serious feeling its gonna look terrible in my guitar...cna i pay for it to be re-covered or anything?

I got mine re-covered, I had to pay £20 per cover but it was well worth it because it looked much better after the re-cover.
