is there a button or link somewhere which sends you an email every time a new topic is started in a particular forum (seconds out for example)???

i saw it on another forum, i think it was guitartabs.cc and was jus thinkin that it would be really helpful if anybody was looking to buy something to be able to see straight away when a new topic has been added to the Seconds Out forum...

... and they aren't THAT extreme (he says twitching uncontrollably)
