Title: Ahh HA! Solved the "Geek" problem

Asked my tech Geek at work and he put me onto the solution.

Find the date of the offending update.

Do a system restore to the day before.

Turn off Automatic updates.

Done.

Thanks for the help guys.

I thought about tagging this onto the end of my first thread but seeing as 38th Beetle is having the same problem I thought I might as well start a new thread. :)  :D

Thanks for that JP. The boy has not yet responded to my mail so I will shoot him down in flames when he finally decends to earth to contact his old man!
