I've bitched at various forums about it.
I've bitched about pickups and finishes and what not.
But finally, this little baby has evolved from nothing more than a thought :)

lic.Floyd on a neck routed for an original one. looks fugly but it works
Operation springcavity:

had to work it with a chisel to get more space for the springs. will have a coverplate shortly :D
So, feel honored, this is the first time I've posted pictures of the final product.
No one has seen it yet, except some friends who visited a few days ago.
I'm still struggling with adjusting the stringheight and the neck,
but it's close now. Very close :D

sweeet, looks like a beast! was this all made yourself or a warmoth or shwat? looks real nice though. Let us know how it plays when u get ur strings set up right ;)

I've had it in playing condition for a while now :)
It was made of different parts.
I got the body(Alder) cheap from a californian company
and the neck is a MightyMite :)

awesome! its great when ideas come to life. so does it play real nice? Ive always been put off by making my own becuase im a noob and terrible with any sort of DIY work :roll: :lol: . congrats tho! looks like you've done a great job. is there any way you can take better piccies tho? Do you have a high res digital cam or can u borrow one off a friend or something? Because i reckon it looks like a right stunner, but looks like you took the pics with a phone or webcam or something.

I did, and look how it turned out :D
I had the luck to be able to use the spraygun and airpressure
at work and I remodeled a shelf and used it as a painting booth :twisted:
