Hey all; im dave  from the US haha. I just picked up an inexpensive jackson dinky for my death metal band and I need some advice on pickup choice:  Its an alder guitar and Its got EMG hz's and they're god awful. Im only gonna switch out the bridge because its a utility guitar and heres what i need out of a pickup:

-intense power!!!!!
-Crunchy Snarling Mids
-Harmonics out the wazoo.

I play through a randall RM100 head w/ xtc module for this band; it sounds awesome needs a little kick in the pants though.

Nailbomb and the warpig look the most usefull for this application

From what you've said I'd go for a Warpig - it's infinately beastly; pure death metal.
The nailbomb will be better if you want a slightly more vintage tinted metal sound - It's very agressive.

Warpig or Miracle Man. The Miracle Man has more mids and harmonics but the Warpig is a brutal beast.

The MMs mids are a bit smooth for death metal.

Warpig. No question whatsoever.
