This is probably a silly question but how do you change pickups on this guitar, there is no pickup switch!

The only way i can think of is if you lift one of the control knobs up as i have seen that happen on other guitars.

Actually the first thing most people do on PRS is change the pickups.    I've never heard much good about their pickups. According to Tim they're the equivalent to $5 pickups.

Right after changing pickups the next thing most PRS players do is curse that damned rotary switch.

I know this isn't what you asked but I had to share.

coulda been a push\pull.

i played an old 80s Blade strat with a rotary selector, was ace! had some no name active single coils, went from 'vintagey' to 'metally'.. also nearly broke the damn dial as i thought it was the volume and tried to yank it all the way up

:D The Rotary selector switch on PRS`s is an absolutly idiotic idea IMHO every player of one i`ve meet gets them removed & also has a Pull/Push pot fitted instead, oh yer & they also change the P/U`s  :P
