Anyone recommend BKP pickups for an HH not HSH Strat?
Looking for pickups that are a good all rounder - to rock it out when needed, fairly good clean tone etc - just a good all rounder set of pups HH stylee.... anyone got any good recommendations?
Many thanks

Got to be a pair of Mules, surely?

Crawler's would work too. :D

I agree with both suggestions, crawler or mule.

VHII is my vote. Crawler is nice, but the VHII rules the ruins!

Rebel Yells!

I believe Mules are better in LP's. For a versatile Strat setup you might want a hotter bridge pickup like a Crawler, Abraxas or Rebel Yell.

I went with a pair of VHII's in mine

I think there are so many great options that there isn't really a clear favorite! That's the bad news! The good news is that whatever you choose will have excellent quality. I would have to say that a calibrated set of Rebel Yells, VH II's or even Crawlers would be great choices. Definitley something warm, definitley something Alnico. Even Nailbombs would be excellent! Seems that the VHII's getting the most support, and I think it would be one of your top options. Has a great clean tone and with a good amplifier, you will have killer tone, dirty or otherwise. The choice is up to you

I've got a VHII in the bridge of my Strat. Best humbucker I have heard in a Strat... period!

my vote goes to VHII as well
