:D Hi guys this is not my cup of tea but i knew there`d be alot of you that might be interested came across this on another web site.

Mettallica did a gig & played a New song off of the forth coming album see what `ya think.

Yeah i heard that, they played it everywhere, sounds pretty cr@p to me, however there is another new song which sounds more old school, though it is still pretty poor lol

I thought it had promise actually. Didn't really like the vocals, but the guitars were pretty good.

I liked the riff of the first one but the singing is terrible. Not only is Jaymz off key, the melody of the lyrics don't really fit the riff.

I think we'll have to wait a while for the next genius Metallica record.

I'm sure once they've worked on it at a few gigs and done it in the studio it'll all come together better.
 Metallica are damned if they do and damned if they don't really. All their "fans" (that's people other than the millions who bought the Black album) want them to always sound like MOP, but if they always sounded like MOP then people would criticise them for always sounding the same ( a la Maiden).
