how can you tell if a middle pickup (have the matching neck) is RP/RW short of fitting to guitar?

ah think have answer....one single is attracted to my humbucker back coil the other isn't so one is different polarity?

Err, yep!  Whichever is the odd one out is RW/RP to the other two!
