i´m using this thing more regular than ever, so i´ve noticed that i´m spending too much of it, as i eat every time and brush my tooth always.
so, any advice on this? ahahahahah

Sorry to interrupt this really funny thread with some serious advise ;)
JP get yourself an electric toothbrush, if you already haven't one. They're worth their money, in my opinion (and also in every dentists opinion here in germany it seems).
I have also heard that it is better to clean them teeth once or twice a day, and not after every meal. especially after you ate some acid, like oranges ...
now back to less serious realms:
Don't you metal guys use files too make your teeth pointy? :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
So what do you need floss for???

I use Elixirs: they last even longer and because of the coating they don't grind your teeth down so fast
