You just beat me, I'm 5'6"! I guess we have similar experiences of only seeing the backdrops at gigs....

And I could never understand the tiny girls thing either. I suppose they're genetically programmed to go for the so-called "Alpha males" :roll: . And in practical terms, I can't really imagine the, er, logistics of it, to be honest...

well, i've seen a lot of backdrops! but i saw juliette and the licks last week and i was right up against the stage, which means i got crushed, the guitarist hit me on the head with his les paul and when she jumped off the stage she landed right on my head! still, if i'd been tall she'd have just run right into me (can't decide if that would be good or bad) :roll:

I always used to go down the front at gigs and cling on to the monitors for dear life, but I gave up doing that when some fool came up with the concept of the mosh pit.

i find that getting shoes and socks in becoming increasingly difficult, shirts i'm fortunately still a 'standard' size, just got feckin long legs
