Title: Bare Birthday Knuckles!
Post by: Canadian Steve on October 11, 2006, 03:04:11 PM
It's my birthday today and after getting too many presents from my girlfriend     I can just about afford a set of BKP's!!!

After a long painful wait, listening to awesome clips over and over and reading threads about how great BKP's are, I'm about to finally buy a set of Rebel Yell's.  Initially it was going to be a set of uncovered Mules, then I changed to one covered Mule-one uncovered RY, now I've finally settled on a set of burnt chrome RY's. I'm only about £40 away from doing the sweet dirty business, so I should be buying them by the end of the week!

I'm putting them in a Guild S-100 (like an SG) replacing a Duncan Full Shred in the bridge and a JB in the neck (it was the way I bought it, JB's aren't meant to be suitable for neck positions!)  Can't wait to lay some clips down as well!

Thanks a lot guys!  I ordered them last night and when I got home today they were there waiting for me  All I need to do now is copper foil inside the guitar's cavities and get the new RS Guitar Works electrics put in.  I can't wait to pop my Bare Knuckle cherry!
