Title: DIY 1x12

How hard would it be to make a 1x12 cab? If its just making a box and screwing a speaker into it, thats easy, but things never are are they? where can i get tolex, corner protecters and speaker jacks etc? is their anything else i need or should consider?

PS. what are the advantages and disadvantages of open and close back cabs?
