what doi you think the best pickup is for the bridge position in an SG, that is as close as possible to the DC of a warpig and would sound good with it.
I am looking for a sound that would sound powerful during solo's and that would generally sound good either tapped or not.

hmmm... this is a long shot i know, but maybe a warpig???
-
Yep, Warpig. :?
Do you mean you're getting a neck Warpig and you want something different in the bridge?
-
yes a different bridge pup other than the warpig
-
what sort of music do you play??
-
The only thing that's going to come close to matching the output of the neck Warpig is a Miracle Man, I think. Unless you don't mind the neck pickup being more powerful than the bridge.

u mean miracle man neck is more powerful than bridge?
-
all necks are less powerful than their corresponding bridges, as the strings move more over the neck than they do over the bridge

No, I mean the Warpig neck is (possibly) more powerful than the Miracle Man bridge.
I thought you'd decided on a Warpig neck and were looking for a powerful bridge pickup? In which case, the only real contenders are the WP bridge, the MM and (I just remembered) probably the new Painkiller. If you get anything else it won't be as powerful as the WP neck.

still quite abit to tame to get anything to gel with a WP neck IMO (with CWP,WP,and PK in diff. guitars).Custom warpig bridge will go very well ;)

Have had crawler, nailbomb and now warpig...pig wins
-
why are you against having a warpig in the bridge of your guitar??
-
pig is very versatile, can do many sounds...but retains that sg 'ness
