hello guys i got a ibanez rocket roll II made of basswood and it currently has the pups unwired but theyre shitety ibanez things i was wondering which BK pup would suit the basswood body most?

add a pic of the guitar if thatll help

people say very good thing about warpigs and nailbombs in basswood.

Depends largely what you want from your guitar, can you give us some pointers?

Vees like Explorers have huge 'wings' of timber which can absorb string vibration. This can rob the guitar of high end so I generally advise something low output to work with the guitar...Stormy Monday or Mule or at the other end of the spectrum, something seriously hot to almost blanket the timber, ie a ceramic...Miracle Man, Painkiller or Warpig.

well at the moment i am playing a lot of megadeth & metallica covers with the odd bit of children of bodom in there

i think what im really looking for is a really brutal tone that still has some clarity and a good lead & clean sound.
