Post by: mattisfrommars on November 20, 2006, 07:37:06 PM: Hi, my band are about to do some more recording. And to do so we're using podXT Live for the Guitars (and audio interface for bass and vocals) so does anyone here have any cool metal patches to share?

Post by: Muttley on November 21, 2006, 04:45:57 PM: I have a cool metal patch created by Andy Sneap (Sabbat guitarist; Arch Enemy, Nevermore, Pissing Razors, Kreator, etc. Producer). You need the metal pack for it.

Well, it's basically a collection of high-gain amp models, so how useful it is to you is down to whether you're likely to need/use them.

I've bought the triple pack deal so have the Metal Shop, FX Junkie and Collector Classics. I only really got all three as the triple pack is kinda a buy 2 get 1 free thing, and I figured I'd be "bound" to want (if not necessarily need) the other stuff at some point.

I'm actually going to get the bass amp/cab pack as soon as I get a cheap bass for laying down scratch demo tracks (programming bass lines via midi is really hard work, so I just want a 4 string to pummel).
