Wanted to record a clip with my Korina strat so threw this together. OK, it's a bit short & scr@ppy but I think it catches the sheer weight that the HD gives to single note riffs. It's loosely based on a riff from In Flames' "Gyroscope"...
Warmoth Korina strat with Holy Diver bridge, Mesa RectoVerb & 2x12" cab (V30s), no FX, Sennheiser E906
Enjoy :)

& here's the "remix" - I recorded a 3rd guitar panned centre to beef up the power chords. Didn't do it particularly well, I prefer it without, but here it is anyway - enjoy :)

My favourite In Flames song!! Sounds awesome!

Outstanding! And I love old In Flames. The new stuff, not so much.
I really need to figure out if I want to pickup an HD or Nailbomb set. I'm looking for the best possible "well rounded" set that can do metal, and be coil-tapped. Initially it looked like the Nailbomb, but it seems the Holy Diver is a bit more compressed (which I like).

Awsome clips, they sound huge.
Might have to put on some In Flames now, you've reminded me how awsome they are :-)

i need this pickup :(
what cheap pickup would match it?
duncan jazz? full shred? (i hate 59)

what is difference between Recto-verb and Dual Recto? Was thinking of getting a dual Recto for different tones, I am Marshall guy.
-
rectoverb is a single recto with reverb
the single recto sounds exactly like the dual recto, but doesn't have the middle channel and the tube rectification mode
