Hi Tim and Happy new year!
I'm just wondering, if sometime I ordered another set of apache's, what difference would using alnico 5, or 2 instead of 3 make?
I have got a set of apache's in my MK strat, and if I build up a custom guitar sometime I might want some in there but I was thinking that so they are different maybe a set with alnico 5 or 2 but using the normal apache specs apart from the magnet strength.
I was think that 5 would make them slightly more plucky and 2 would make them slightly less??
