Title: Ceramic Warpigs!
Post by: Crazy_Joe on January 04, 2007, 08:23:55 PM
Clips might not actually have been recorded with the Warpig due to wiring problems, so i'm taking them down.

I can play better, but i did them in 1 take each. So that's why they suck.

By the way i hate the tone.

i fear that the pig might be super overdriving his toneport
and that the port is being crushed and forced to go into digital clipping.

the first one sounds hotter, but that could just be different volumes of the recordings... i dont actually have a ceramic warpig, so i could be wayyyy wrong =D

Ha, interesting, very interesting....

You are wrong! the Warpig is the 2nd one  they were recorded at the same volume. The one that you think is hotter is about 7k.

im confused now. it sounds hotter, but that might be because of the high treble on that pickup.
on the second one you can hear the bass response much more than the first one, plus its tighter.

i was wrong
