Hey guys. I got my Miracle Man through this morning and i've tried wiring it up into my PRS. It's has a push push coil split control (doubles as tone), 3 way toggle, volume control. I wired the Red wire to the pickup selector, black to the tone control/coil split and the white/green to the other white wires and the shielded wire to the braided earth wire.
PRS wiring is more complicated that what i'm used to. Where could I have gone wrong? because it sounds like it's on a constant split, even when the coil split isn't engaged. It lacks the punch and power of all the clips i've heard. Even the neck pickup sounds more powerfull.

You have to put the coil split before the pickup selector. The so the red and white/green go to the coil split, then take the centre wire to the selector switch.

Thanks mate i'll give that a go now

that doesn't seem to work mate. I'm just going to take it to machinehead and get them to go over it.

Red to 3 way switch
Black to back of pot or earth point as well as the braided wire
Green and white soldered together and then taken to the coil tap point on the push pull
Sounded like you were running it in single coil mode all the time

I tried your way Jonathan but that doesn't seem to work either. It still sounds like the coils are being split.
