Title: New guitar day for me too! Spooky!
Post by: Twinfan on January 11, 2007, 05:35:57 PM
I called in at my local dealer at lunchtime today to pick up my amp after a repair and ended up walking out with a used Epiphone Casino in natural finish complete with hard case!  It's mint, plays superbly and sounds great - all for £425.  Luvverly jubberly!

The missus is gonna kill me though.  I pre-ordered two brand new limited edition Ibanez RG 20th Anniversary models last Friday as well....

Who me?  That's my lounge with a few additions.

The music room is a small spare bedroom!

I (and Ben!) meant Phil King's.  Your lounge looks rather tastefully appointed, although maybe those RGs should be either side of the fireplace or something?

I don't have a music room, my entire flat is just like a junkyard full of piles of guitar parts, CDs, DVDs and books.  And dust.  Lots of dust.

I have a music room, it's a mess, need to clean up drastically. At the moment I'm again at the point where my laptop doesn't anymore fit on the desk and the balancing around all the items on the floor is a challenge, too.

It's full of pedals, guitars, cables, DVDs, computer trash, boxes and stuff, awwfulllll ....

Thought you might be impressed Mr Beatle  ;)

I've been on the lokout for one for a while, but none have floated my boat.  This one has a great acoustic tone and has been set up to perfection.  I've been playing "Taxman" all night!

A bargain at £425.  You can get so much guitar these days for so little cash.

Ha ha - cheers matey!

It went surprisingly well actually, not too much of a kicking.  I think I'll have to offload one of my older Ibanez guitars to "keep the peace" though...
