I have some money to throw around and I'm just looking for new 10" speakers for my Fender DeVille. They still contain the stock speakers, I believe they're the Fender Design Eminence. Having no experience with speakers other than car speakers...I need some suggestions. Anyone have Celestion G10s or Eminence Red Coat Ramrods?? They don't make Celestion 10" Greenbacks???!

I'll have to check them out. I got drunk last night and purchased 2 Eminence Red Coats on impulse but I still need 2 more speakers so it's either the Vintage 10s or these Jensens.

try the jensens, alot of people are putting them in fender amps are they all say they sound great....

Jensens are great for the vintage Fender sound. Many people have put Celestion Vintage 30's in Hot Rods with great results. I'm thinking of doing that myself.

I also can vouch for the excellent Jensen C10Q speakers. I put one in my Peavey Classic 20, and it transformed the sound into authentic Fender.
I was so impressed, that I got a pair of C12N speakers in reserve for if I ever need to re-speaker my Fender Twin, or want to replicate that sound in an external 2 x 12 cab.
:D
