Title: Strat equiv Brown sugar pup
Post by: craggle on March 02, 2007, 08:30:45 AM
Hi

Having got my new Mothers Milk scratchplate installed, i'd like to ask does anyone know what the bridge Strat equiv of the Brown Sugar pup would be? I love the set in general, cept for a couple of points - i'm un-decided on the bridge..i've noticed in the past some of you have put Sinners in there?

Also, I'd like the sound to be tighter in the bass, maybe i should go for a diff set? Altho it must be said these pee on the originals from a great height,,i'm just trying to see if i shoulda gone for Apaches/Irish tours maybe?

I'm using a new usa rosewood strat.

Thanks

I don't really know what you mean by 'tighter in the bass' with reference to Mother's Milk's but have you tried a blender pot to bring in some neck to tame the treble of the bridge?
