Title: Anyone ever tried installing a bassplate on a BKP strat SC?

Seems like a logical idea, I wonder if anyone has experimented with this.

I was asking about that last week - apparently no-one here has.  As a Tele-lover whos restoring a Strat I'd be very tempted to try a Callaham base-plate when I fit my BKPs.  Perhaps I'll live with the guitar for awhile then add a base-plate to see what happens.
