Title: Surfing Apache - but still bad playing
Post by: Elliot on July 06, 2005, 01:29:56 PM
Sorry - I couldn't resist - the apache sounds so good for that surf tone

Song: A bit of Mr Moto by the Belairs but played slower
Guitar: 1983 Fiesta Red Squier JV '62 strat
Bare Knucke: Apache on the bridge
Amp: Guitar Port with add on Fender Twin Reverb emulation, Lux Spring and Opto Tremolo
Playing: Poor

Hope you can feel the wild surf crashing in......

You mean you revived this sorry attempt from page 2 to tell me the timing is out!  I mean cant you let sleeping dogs lie!  I told you the playing was bad, come on its not a pro clip and doesn't purport to be :)   :)  :)

Timing has always been a problem of mine, i'm too busy at work and too lazy at home to practice slowly with a metronome and too excited about BKP tone to practise and practise - which is why I am not a gigging guitarist or ever will be!

Your probably right - I should leave the clips to people who can play  :P
